Black Saturn is a Special Purpose Vehicle which has an 88,9% equity stake in Ata Resources Coal. Ata Resources Coal, through Ata Coal Fund, purchased a 38,8 % equity stake in Ndalamo Resources. Ndalamo resources is a junior coal mining company which owns 51% of the two operating collieries and two advanced-stage projects in Universal Coal. Universal Coal plc, owns the other 49%.
